The Capital Return Leaders screen identifies NIFTY 500 companies currently generating the highest returns on capital employed in their business, based on reported financial statements. Companies are ranked by Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) for comparison and research purposes.
What You Can Explore
Selecting a company shows Return on Capital Employed, Return on Equity, Return on Assets, revenue, capital employed, and asset turnover. These figures help users compare how companies currently convert capital into operating and equity returns.
How Companies Qualify
Companies must report positive revenue, positive capital employed (Total Equity plus Long-Term Debt), and positive Return on Equity before appearing in this screen. Qualifying companies are then ranked by Return on Capital Employed, highest to lowest, and the top 25 are shown.
What The Metrics Show
Return on Capital Employed and Return on Equity are reported as supplied in company financial data. Return on Assets and Asset Turnover are calculated from reported net profit, revenue, and total assets where available. Capital Employed is calculated as Total Equity plus Long-Term Debt from the latest reported balance sheet.
