What is included in each subscription plan?
ThinkHeed offers Free, Basic, and Premium plans.
Each plan provides access to different features and usage limits. You can compare all available features and plan benefits on the Subscription page before choosing a plan.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account, subject to the subscription options available on the platform.
What happens when my subscription expires?
If your subscription expires, your account is automatically moved to the Free plan.
Premium features become unavailable, while features included in the Free plan remain accessible.
Can I delete my account?
Yes.
You can permanently delete your account from the My Profile page. Once your request is confirmed, your account will be deleted in accordance with the platform's data handling policies.
